Child Support Flaws

Court ordered child support payments are a very common occurrence. For the most part, I agree with it. The thing that I find to be majorly flawed is in the "enforcement". When a man father's a child or children, he should feel OBLIGATED and HONORED to be part of the child's life, and in all aspects. Unfortunately, we don't live in a perfect world and there are flaws in our systems (say-it-ain't-so!). For example, if a man's sole source of income is in  his ability to to be able to operate a motor vehicle, why would the law allow for it to be taken away? The effects of a suspended licence reaches and affects the child DIRECTLY. It's simple math people. No driver's licence; no job. No job; no money. When the arrearages get to a certain amount, he [the father] is threatened with jail time. Unreal! Well, what about the father's that ARE concerned and trying to be involved in their child's life but can't because of personal issues the mother may have regarding the failed relationship? Should he be denied visitation because his livelihood has been suspended? The manipulation of this "system" is epidemic. In allot of these child support cases, the money allotted to the child, or custodial parent is misused and often left unaccounted for.The system is flawed. Big time! Where are the legal ramifications for women who decide to deny good father's the right to see the child even after the child support order is being adhered to? There has to be a reform. What should be done?
